I found a lump on my testicle and had a sonogram with negative results but my testicle hurt about 2 to 3 times a week. There is also slight dull pain when I touch them. On an even more rare occasion there is a very strong pain when I urinate and accidentally squeeze. What should I do since some forums say this is common online.

Instead of asking in forums, why don't you put the money out for a doctor and find out what is really wrong with your testicles ?
