I have a child that has struggled with learning disabilities, she has ADHD, and mood disorders. I was in and out of the Emergency room with lots of pain while I was pregnant and they kept putting me on pain killers. Could being on the pain killers be to blame for what my child is going through?

Depends on what the "pain killers" were, I suppose. But, most likely no. You don't have a case.
