So it starts up rough sometimes sometimes smooth, runs five minutes then sputters out rough. Cranks back up runs a minute then sputters out. If you tap the gas it will rev and continue running, but if you don't rev it it will stall. I've changed everything from the main relay to the fuel filter. Two parts involved I haven't changed. Replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil. Apply silicone heat transfer compound to the back of the new ICM. This should solve your problem.
