I was moving some pipes around in the basement. Now that I've finished, I have low cold water pressure in kitchen sink only. It's a lever faucet and even when almost all the way cold, it's hot water. I have to push all the way to the right to get a little more than trickle of co water. I've already checked the aerator and hot water is fine. Bathroom on same floor is fine. Any suggestions? Could the faucett have gone bad or blew a gasket or something when I turned main water back on?

Your faucet has a valve or cartridge that opens the water and balances hot/cold.
You probably knocked some scales loose and it is plugging the cold side. Shut off the main, remove the handle and unscrew the cartridge.stem. Inspect, clean or replace the cartridge or valve.
