My Husband And I Have Agreed To A Divorce. We Do Not Want To Nor Have The Money To Spend. How Do We File This Own Our Own. We Have No Children.

Hi, I live in Az and they have a self service section at the courthouse where you can get all the forms needed, fill out yourself and file yourself too. Saves a bundle of bucks. They will show you the required documents. Good luck to you.

I both parties agree, the easy way is to split the cost of an attorney about 300 total and let one attoney do the paperwork and file it for you.

You can do self service and there are even online firms that will do the paperwork for you.

State? Most states have a simple Pro Se form you can file... (No children or listing of marital assets?)

They have do it yourself desolutions of marriage in a lot of states, you should check out your local court houses, you find out if they have waivers. Sometimes you can arrange to pay after the desolution is final
