I broke up with my ex, 2 days after leaving him I found out I was pregnant. To make a long story short, we got into an heated argument and he threaten me, he was in the army, so I believe he is capable of everything he said he would do to me, plus he is a pretty big guy. So I went and got a EPO against him to keep him away because he started to look for me, the judge turned it over to a DVO, now I am about to give birth to our baby and I do not trust him, I think he will do something crazy to the baby to get back at me, he already made it clear that he wants nothing to do with the baby or me, but he have to support the child he made, so he have to pay child support, I do not want to keep him away from the baby but I do want supervised visitation, what are my options?

With a DVO (Domestic Violence Order? Please remember that acronyms vary) you shouldn't have a problem getting supervised visits.

But if he says he wants nothing to do with the child, why do you think he will ask for visitation at all?

You hire an attorney and ask for supervised visits if and after father files for visits, Unless he files for visits he does not have them

Thank you so much, this help me a lot, but he will ask for visitation because I am taking him to child support, he isn't the type that would pay for anything if he doesn't benefit from it as well.

OK thank you so much, do you have any good attorneys that will help me, or do you know any good offices I should look at.

In most areas visitation and support are treated separately. So if you bring an action for support, he has to bring a separate action for visitation.
