I use birth control. The patch. For the start of my 3 rd week, I didn't remember to put it on until about 1 a.m. the next day.. . I had a normal period but had some discharge stuff during week three which I presumed was because of my patch being put on late. Aboutthree weeks after my last period, I had sex. He pulled out before he came but... yeah... not the safest way to have sex. I did get a period following this. It was normal. Now, this month-its late. I had discharge a few days before the day I take my patch off, and three days later I still just have a small amount of discharge. I have not had sex since. It doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me that I could be pregnant but could I be? Or what's going on with my body?

It is possible that you are pregnant just because birth control is never 100% (This coming from a mom who got pregnant 2 times on birth control and was even breast feeding and on birth control when I got pregnant with my second). It is very possible that your body is just doing like a natural clean out (spotting/discharge). However, it is always better to be safe than sorry so if you are worried about it, get a pregnancy test.

It is more likely that the body is adjusting to the patch, and you will perhaps alter the cycle putting patch on late.
It could be in infection, or stress or other illness.
There is no way to tell.
No form of birth control is 100 percent and "pulling out" merely reduces sperm does not stop pregnancy.
You will jjust have to wait another 10 days or so, and if no period, do a pregnancy test, first thing in morning with first urnie of day

annkasper22, it's good that you tell your experiences here! I gave you a greenie. We need more women like you (we have one regular one so far) who got pregnant despite good birth control.
