My 13 year old daughter started having seizures last year, she's been on Keppra and it seemed to be working until recently... she had a mild "spacey" seizure in the middle of her world series softball game in July and then last night she got up to go to the bathroom because she felt like she was going to throw up... she made it to the door got dizzy and fell and started seizing... this was the worst seizure we've ever seen. It lasted 3-5 minutes and she was fine after she came out of it a few minutes later... she was diagnosed with a very small form of epilepsy... they're thinking it's hormonal... but my question is can she still have seizures after being on meds and is it normal for this last one to be worse than what she had before meds?

These are not really questions to be asking online, because there are too many variables.
Was she diagnosed with epilepsy before she started taking Keppra (I assume, but from the way you write it sounds after)?
When was the last time she was seen by her prescribing doctor?

Try this for the relationship of epilepsy with puberty and hormones in general:

There are many sites that discuss this part.
