Searching for the name of a film.
Please Help! Saw a children's film, on the Hallmark Channel in the early 2000's. French plane crashed into a lake... possibly Canada... little girl befriended ghost pilots and helped to rebuild the plane in order for it to take off and so lay the ghosts to rest. Think my children would love it, but can't remember the name, hope someone does! :)

A young girl who struggles with her pilot father's death in a plane crash years before visits her grandmother in Newfoundland. While there, she encounters the ghosts of two pilots who are condemned to Earth to constantly relive their crash that occurred in 1927. The girl decides to aid the pair by helping them rebuild their airplane and complete their flight so they may be released and, in turn, deal with her own emotional bondage.
