I missed my period and I am on the pill I took a test last weekend and it came out negative but, my period still has yet to arrive. I feel like my period is coming but, these symptoms are often also found in early pregnancy. What should I do?

My last period began on July 11. So August 8 but I had spotting on the 4th it was very light pink and lasted two days with clear to white in range discharge.
