Does chlamydia affect the bones if left untreated? And if so, how long (months/years) would it take to become that serious?

Is there a reason you aren't getting it treated? Like maybe you want to give it to as many people as you can? I can't think of any reason you would not want to deal with it immediately.

Smoothy is correct but untreated chlamydia can lead to long term damage of all the reproductive organs and if you ever plan to get pregnant, will effect the baby as well. Oh, and, untreated leads to liver damage if you come in contact with HIV.

So bones maybe not but there are other issues you you will have to worry about.

It's not me, someone I know, she claims it's in her bones. I've read up on it, and it doesn't seem like it effects your bones... Just wondering if in the most severe stage, if it is possible to effect your bones, and how long it would take, like years or so? Like maybe she's had it longer than she's claiming, and wouldn't it have effected her newborn baby?

NO it does not effect bones. Read what I posted. I don't know what the time frame would be. It is bad enough she has it and never had it treated. She must be positively rotten inside.

That's what I figured. Thank you.
