I had a new panel put in and now when I open my microwave - the light flutters. It also sounds and looks like it starts on a high power and then the power dropps as if it was on a dimmer. I used a cube like tester and it says the circuit is working properly, yet when I plug my microwave into another socket - it works fine. Any suggestions?
