When I was in my twenties I could do almost anything and not be in pain.. once I crossed over into my thirties, things ache... knees, lower back if I bend the wrong way... I even get a bruise from the smallest bump. Sexually I used to be so much more flexible... Is there some supplement that would aid me during the aging process?

Nope. It takes every minute of the day, every thing you eat and drink, every kind and amount of activity/exercise you do, and that's if you aren't competing with heredity.
Bruising easily might be a sign that you need a thorough physical - can be many causes. Anything involving below the waist, including the lower back, might be something connected to uterus or ovaries, assuming you are female. Organs can sag or enlarge or get cysts, or any number of things.

Bwaaahahahaha... you are acting like 30's is old... Just wait it gets worse.
What you need is a balanced diet and exercise... you can't eat the trash you ate as a child... and in fact the trash you did eat as a kid WILL haunt you as an adult... most clogged ateries and heart disease start in adolesence.
Seriously... you adjust... you stay active you deal with the changes.. take your diet serious because no suppliment will make you 20 again... but then you do gain so much more with that age that no 20 something has.
Wisdom and experience... and you will find you can do things at 40 or 50 you never dreamed of as a 20 year old.
Getting older isn't all gloom and doom... it only seems that way to you now..

Bruising can be aack of vitamin C and other vitamins and minerals. Nowadays even healthy food is not healthy. There are supplements like hylaronic acid that help with joint and muscles. A good quality brand works better than the supplement that was the craze a few years ago.

I ached more in my 20's and 30's than I do now in my late 50's.

I am laughing so hard.
At 30, you should not be sore, not be stiff and still do amost anything you did at 20, in fact many 30 year old, may outdo some 20's.
You are sore and still because you have gotten lazy, you need to get up a hour early, start walking, and latter run every day. Exercise more. Do stretching moves, take up a sport
Change your diet for more energy
Sex, better now at almost 60 than I was at 20.
