What could be causing me to bleed and cramp two years after a total hysterectomy?

I can't think of why, other then the ligations, one or both, have separated. Ligation means 'tieing off'. Maybe best to see your Gyno.

I did have my tubes tied in 2007

Even if you got your tubes tied in 2007, if you recently had a total, they wouldn't be there anymore. Total means they took everything.

Your best bet is to get with either your surgeon, or gyno.

I understand. If it gets unbearable go to urgent care and see what's going on.

Its entirely possible that its unrelated to your hysterectomy.

There is so much it could be. So much is in that area.

Do you know anyone else that has had this problem and if so what did it turn out to be?

My mother just had surgery for a diverticulitis with fistula to the bladder. But she had feces coming out of her urethra. So unless you are doing that, I doubt that's the issue lol.

@Hotass. The only way you will find out is by visiting your obygyn and having an examination. Strangers cannot answer this question, it is to complex and we cannot diagnose on the internet.
