My girl friend and I decided after the birth of our daughter to seek birth control advice from the gynecologist. He suggested an IUD - This type of IUD was the clamp type. It looked like a bobby pin that clamped down. When we had intercourse afterward, she always complained and said it was uncomfortable during sex. I recently returned from a business meeting and she told me she fell in the bathroom with my 2 year old daughter on her stomach. She was complaining of discomfort and was discharging small amounts of blood in her urine. We visited the gynecologist and he removed the IUD. He said she had a tear internally approximately 1.0 inches in length.
Is this type of injury as described above possible.. I feel this may be an excuse considering the circumstances involved with the whole scenario. I do not want to insinuate a speculation, but I am also concerned this may be a cover up for something more... Any advice
