I have a 6000 square foot salon to bid on. It has many hair stations, a call center. Pedi chairs. The bowls to clean etc. Everything a salon would have. Lots of mirrors or glass. 4 bathrooms. Have to clean 2x per week. Any idea on pricing?

Where is this located? Males a difference since you would charge more on Rodeo Drive, Hollywood than you would Detroit Michigan.
