Okay, so for the past maybe 4-5 years I've found myself becoming more "aware" when like entities are around me, it started as hearing noises and sounds and chatter or conversation, but now it's to the point where they are effecting my dreams and I'm waking up with sleep paralysis but not able to see anyone/anything there.

Last night and the night before I've woken up hearing something talking (and no it's not a person) it's more like a disembodied voice.

2 nights ago, I prayed and prayed to God and to my spirit guide or protector to protect me. I awoke hearing a voice sounding like it was angry and it was saying how "it can't, it won't go" and how it wanted/has to do something.

So last night I prayed the same, but I felt there was a presence about (I was sleeping next to my girlfriend too, and she felt the same weird eerie feeling). I awoke to no sleep paralysis, but it's like I woke up like I was being disturbed, and I heard a male strong voice semi-whispering and it said "I'm gonna ing Kill you", I woke up my girlfriend and she said that she'd heard talking prior to me waking her up. This same entity really does not like me for some reason, and she tells me it's telling her to hurt me and do things to me and urging her on.

CAN SOMEONE TELL ME W T F IS GOING ON AND WAT I SHOULD DO!!

I also wanted to point out, when this incident happened two days ago as the entity stopped speaking it sounded as if it was being banished like literally something out of a t.v. show like a kind of yell/scream (it was around 5-630 a.m. but before 7).

I had never really had experiences with ghosts except for when I was a baby (we moved into our current home), and one night afew years ago I sat down to meditate only for a moment, after literally two or 3 minutes I couldn't get my eyes fixated off this window, and after my girlfriend and I heard tapping on my window like someone was tapping or flicking it, and later that was the first night I ever had sleep paralysis and one of the only times I had sleep paralysis (while awake) more than one or two times in a night.
I Want to KNOW HOW TO GET RID OF THESE BEINGS FOLLOWING ME EVERYWHERE I GO & WHY THEY'RE JUST ATTACHED TO ME??

Spirit guides can be deceiving spirits that are opening this. You need to renounce the spirit guides and ask for Angels to surround you. Also you Should never Pray to anyone or anything other than God

Ok OK OK leme clarify what I'm saying... first I'm a christian.. 2nd when I go to sleep at night I pray to god and ask forgivness for my sins and for him to surround and protect my family and friends and loved ones with his protection and angels. When I say like spirit guide I mean guardian angel I've never prayed to any entity/being except for jesus christ, the holy spirit, and god.

I did have an experience about 2 years ago when a friend tried to get me into doing activities like yoga and meditation guided meditation etc, but I had to stop because things got really strange really quick and I found myself vulnerable to certain beings and other things and having a sense or hearing things.

Why is a Christian sleeping with his girlfriend?

Could this spirit be more connected with your girlfriend rather than you?

How far in to the meditative practices did you get?

... I'm going to ignore that first question because that's really none of your business...

As to the 2nd question I've been considering that too... but even so it's told her to like hurt me and harm me.

I really did not get that far into it because stuff like this started happening after only acouple of weeks so I stopped completely, but I did find it relaxing and my instincts seemed a lot sharper but after 2-3 weeks I stopped.

It's not my business, but regardless it may have some weight in your situation. Demons work in people's lives when they have a right to be there. Doing something outside of God's will is the number one way to allow something unwanted into your life.

If you and your girlfriend are Christian... why haven't you taken this up with your pastor?
