I’m 14, I been depressed for the past two years. How do I get over it? I've been raped when I was twelve and there’s a whole bunch of that has occurred that I don't have time to explain. Please help!

It is important that you speak to an adult, preferably a teacher, or Doctor, or a trusted, responsible aunt or uncle..

There is no measuring trauma, or what you have experienced, without detail, and that detail should be discussed in person, with someone who can actually help, and protect you. I get the impression that things are ongoing, either with what has/is been happening to you, or others- maybe in your family.

There is too much unknown.
