Any "mole" is cause for concern, it could be more dangerous, Basal cell carcinoma can look like a mole, melanoma perhaps? Have you been picking it?Check with your community services, many offer reduced cost visits for people in your circumstance.

I have never picked it and have had it since I was a baby well until yesterday

Who thinks you have lupus if you are not seeing a doctor?
If you go to the hospital they have grants for low income uninsured.

A mole in and of itself, is really less worry, moles are common and many people have them.
** are you sure it was a mole and how long have you had it ? Not a skin tag of some sort?

But moles do not "fall" off, that is my concern. They are normally there for life, unless you have it taken off.

Depending on the size and location, yes it will bleed and may bleed for day or two.

I have had it since I was born and I'm sure it's a mole the only thing that rubs on it is a bra and I've been wearing then for years so that shouldn't make a difference

I would try and git it looked at, the falling off, is what concerns me, something had to have changed for it to do that.

Well thank you I will as soon as I get money and/or insurance it only worries me because melanoma runs in my family and I have spent more time in the sun this year than I ever have in my life I was just hoping would say it was nothing to worry about and happens all the time

I am a walking textbook of moles, and have melanoma and basal cell on both sides of the family. A mole wouldn't fall off, although they can shrink down to nothing. I suspect that your mole was a skin tag that did rub off from your bra. You would have to describe it better - was it sort of movable and soft, light brown rather than dark? However, with a family history of melanoma and with possible lupus, you can't afford to ignore it.

It was a dark brown small spot when I was younger but in the last few weeks it grew out a bit and the shape use to be that of a freckle but now it's bigger and your prob right I will get it checked as soon as I can
