Back in June received trial date letter and stated that mediation would be first, went to trial today, Judge asked why no mediation was done plaintiff responded I don't know, cc debt 4yrs & 3 months old.

So the plaintiff told the court that he/she didn't know why the court-ordered mediation didn't happen? What did the judge say? Was the case set for trial or what?
