The control lock is locked on my kenmore dishwasher model 665.13293k112... I have tried to read all of the solutions on holding this or that button etc that I have read intensely on the internet. Those references all seem from pre 2010 models. I have cut the power, read the handbook,etc etc and nothing works. We have never even used that control lock button before.can you please help me with the formula.the dishwasher is only 16 months old
