I have been trying to get pregnant since a year now but I couldn't, then last month I started taking clomid 50mg on the second day of my period, one tablet in the morning and evening, then after 10 days I checked for ovulation using ovulation kit and the result was positive and I had sex with my hubby. But I noticed some sharp pain at the left side of my abdomain several times I thought I was pregnant but my period came two days after I missed it. Do I have implantation problem?

You would have to ask a gynocologist if you have fertility problems. It can take more than a year of trying before you get pregnant but the only way to know for sure is get a check up for it

The doctor that prescribed Clomid would be the best one to ask about this. There's absolutely no way to diagnose your fertility issues online.
Good luck.

Apparently she already did that as Clomid is by prescription only.
Having sex the day you ovulate is hindering the process. It's necessary to start having sex 2 to 3 days prior to ovulation.

You need over several months find a pattern to your ovulation, so you can predict when you will ovulate next month. (using testing) then have sex 2 or 3 days prior to the ovulation, since it takes sperm about 3 days to reach egg.
