I am so confused on what's going on with my body , I think I'm pregnant. My symptoms are , nausea off and on , headaches, dizziness , tiredness, spotting twice in one month, cramping & aches , but I've had 4 negative test , help I'm so confused

That is also signs of flu, other illness.

Have you missed a period ( that is really the first sign most women get) all the other signs happen latter in 2nd and 3rd month.

If you have missed a period, how late are you ?

You have to be almost 14 days late, just to start testing and it is not always correct then.

Use first urine of the morning as soon as you awake for best test.

If after 14 days late, still negative wait one week and test again
