Hes Bored he wants a new relationship.Get over it or trie the best you possibly can to prove your love to him.Or offer him a threesome but that might not change anything.:D

Well if he's not interested anymore then you need to remove him from your life and start moving forward. I would not recommend being friend with him because that will only complicate your issues with him.
