I won a law suite, the person who owes the money hasn't paid this month. He owns a concrete company. How do I place a lien on his company and his property? We live in Indiana.

What good do you thinking placing a lien will do? A lien only prevents him from selling the property until the lien is satisfied.

Did he pay by check? If so, go back to the court that issued the judgment and ask for a writ of execution on the account and seize whatever balance there is.

If that's not enough, see if you can get a writ to seize one of his trucks.

Is the company a corporation or LLC? If so, unless the judgment is against the company, a levy against company property can be complicated.

Is the company a corporation or LLC? .

Good catch, the OP refers to "the person who owes the money". If the suit was against a person and not the company, trying to attach company assets, will be difficult.
