I was diagnosed with mobitz type II, a wenkebach, and possibly cirrhosis of the liver. But I have a constant feeling of my body burning and itchy. I haven't done anything different or used any meds/drugs at all and I haven't eaten anything other than what I have my hole life. Why do I feel like this all the time. I feel so hot that I will start sweating and feel hot to the touch. And the itchy feeling is all the time everywhere on my body. What could cause this.

This is much too serious to discuss online. It would take all day just to get your entire history and even that won't be enough. We don't even know if the possible cirrhosis is from alcohol or not. Burning feeling can go with HBP, sweating with kidney problems, but that's all very general. I assume that you are under doctor's care and can ask about all this with the itching, which I have no clue about, unless there's something unusual in your sweat. Take frequent but short showers with mild unscented soap, rinse well, pat dry, and spray yourself all over with cortisone spray just for itching relief.
