I will be 31 weeks pregnant tomorrow and I was in the hospital for 3 days having pre term contractions but was not dilated.. they were pretty bad contractions they gave me 2 shots to stop the contractions and it didn't work skills than they gave me like 7 or 8 pills to stop them and it didn't work so they gave me 2 steroid shots 24 hours apart to help develop my babies lungs. They also did a fetal fibronectin test that came back negative and I got released today even though they were still concerned about the contractions August 1 2013. They said to go back in if I was bleeding or having worse contractions or if my water broke.. well my baby has barely moved and I have a pinkish red discharge on my panty liner.. is this OK or should I go back in.. I'm still having the same contractions.

I would say go back in since you found the discharge.

If they checked your cervix, spotting is not uncommon as it is highly vascular when pregnant.

As for the baby barely moving. I want you to drink a glass of ice cold orange juice or coca cola (not dr. pepper, pepsi, mt. dew), has to be coca cola. Then I want you to go to your room. No TV, radio, cell phone, etc. Jut nice and quiet. Wait an hour and see if baby starts fluttering. You should feel 10 movements within an hour. If baby does not start moving, you need to go back to be seen again.
