What is the wiring sequence for a 3 speed pull chain switch for a SMC model U42 ceiling fan? There are four wires for that need to be attached to the switch. Two are black, one blue and one red.

I've been looking around everywhere and can't find any good places to buy SMC ceiling fan (http://www.ceiling-fan-brands.com/smc-ceiling-fans.php) parts online. Has anyone else been able to find a good resource online where you can purchase SMC ceiling fans or parts?

SMC are lower cost entry level fans. Easier to replace the fan.
