You will need to check the water level switch and timer input from that switch with a meter. You will need to empty machine of all water and pull off clear plastic tubing at bottom of tub and check the water level switch as you blow on tube to make sure it switches power from one output terminal to the other. It is normally closed to the water valves and closes to the terminal leading to timer when you blow on the tube. If it does not close to the terminal going to timer then you will need a new switch. It's a very common problem. Make sure to get a tight connection if you replace the switch by cutting off an inch of tubing on each end before re-attaching.
