I am 38 she is 49 we have been together for 11 years and we have been going down hill for about 5 yrs OK it's got worse since we got back in her grand kids life OK here's the deal I got hurt at work in feb of this year so I got more time on my hands she told me it was pay back for no sex because I was spending too much time with the kids all I do is play the wi with the kids or swim in the pool I don't drink smoke or go anywhere all she has been doing is complaining about everything I do I cook clean so all the housework she works part time I can't do nothing right the grand kids were shoved on me now I adopted like they were my own now all I get is complaining I am ready to call it quits I was working 90 hrs a week and still made time for her and grand kids but that wasn't enough for her what am I doing wrong if anything please help. >Email address removed per site rules.<

I'm not sure why you think this is a question for women only. You have a relationship issue common to both sexes. I'm not sure why you think strangers will know 'what if anything you are doing wrong.' She isn't here telling her side.
Relationships break down when couples don't talk to each other about what's important to keep it going. That's it, plain and simple. HOW to talk to each other isn't that hard either - pick a day and time when you can be alone and make a determined effort to define what each of you is missing and needing from the other. Do this 20 minutes a day for however long it takes. The # 1 rule is that you cannot complain; you won't say anything negative. You will say ONLY what you are missing, needing, wanting, in a positive way. You can't even start positive and then say something negative, such as 'I need you to stop doing this and that.' You replace what you want to stop with what you want to happen.
