Is Blue Dog Food significantly healthier than normal dog food like Pedigree?

'Normal' supermarket dog kibble is full of filler, which merely means that your dog gets fewer nutrients per cup of food, and he poops a lot more.
Not all supermarket kibble is a disaster, if you can't get the good stuff. IAMS is better than a lot of the others.

I heard Blue Dog is the best I think it was some kind of consumer report type thing.
I've heard many of the expensive dog foods like Science Diet aren't worth the money.

Blue is all natural many of the common and expensive brands are by products and fillers

Blue is definitely an improvement from Pedigree.. however; you can still do better than blue buff.
Taste of the Wild rates as high as the "raw alternative" foods such as Evo... and its cheap in comparison to some of the high quality foods.
