My last period was on June 8, for the past year my period has been regular. About 4 days later I had sex with my boyfriend and he ddnt pull out in time. We decided on getting the morning after pill and had sex the rest of the night with him finishing inside me. I took the pill approximately 9hours after the last time we had sex. On June 28 I started bleeding.. the blood was brownish but I had to wear a pad for 2 days like a normal period (my menstrual cycle usually last 5 days). On July 8 I ddnt get my period and still haven't on July 24.. should I take a pregnancy test or expect my period later due to the pill? I have also been having some menstrual or pregnancy symptoms (not sure which of the two). Watery discharge, sore nipple, fatigue, and have been urinating more frequently.. thanks to anyone who helps me

There is no form of birth control that is 100% effective. There are side effects that come with the morning after pill such as bleeding. As for now you can only wait to see if your next period comes as expected. If not, wait 2 weeks to test using first morning urine.
