I have given connection to A/C and switched on. Suddenly the breaker shut down. After I have removed the earth line and switched on. Now the A/C is working. What is the problem is there? Please help me

If you disconnected the ground and it then works, you have a ground fault and are exposing yourself and others to possibly serious shock injury. Somewhere in the wiring, the electric cable is shorted to ground or the ground is touching a hot source. You need an electrician to look at the wiring.
