My little 8 pound dog developed pancreatitis and has been treated and blood work shows that is cured. Vet gave special canned food for her but she will not eat it or anything. It has been 2 days since she was cleared to eat but she will not eat anything. She has become very skinny.

If she's not eating after 2 days, it's past time to call your vet and let him/her know. This is a tiny 8 pound dog, she can't afford to lose what little weight she has. Call your vet, something is going on. A healthy dog won't refuse to eat, no matter what the food is.

Was she eating before she left the clinic? Contact your vet, a small dog will dehydrate and go downhill quickly and her system is already a bit compromised by being ill.
Get her back to the vet, in the mean time try heating the canned food for just a few seconds in the microwave, it will release the oils, thereby giving it a better aroma, hopefully that will tempt her to at least try it.
This is by no means a "fix", just a suggestion to maybe get a little nourishment in her, don't try to buy time with it.
Call the vet.

Beverly, I want to take the opportunity to get back to your question, I apologize for my part in the small disagreement of opinion here.
The bottom line is pancreatitis can be very serious, what you need in actual information on the disease itself.
So here are some sites with just that.
Canine Pancreatitis (http://www.marvistavet.com/html/body_canine_pancreatitis.html)
http://www.idexx.com/pubwebresources/pdf/en_us/smallanimal/reference-laboratories/spec-cpl-treatment-for-canine-pancreatitis.pdf
Pay attention to the Nutritional Support section in the second site.
My answer still is to try the low fat food heated and call your vet.
