Tenent is 2 weeks late and won't answer phone to give reason and hasn't been home. What can I do?

You send the tenant a pay or quit notice given them x days to pay in full or vacate. The number of days will depend on local laws and since you didn't tell us where you are we don't know what that would be.

If the tenant does not pay or vacate by the deadline, then you go to court and file for an eviction order.

Its really not your concern why the tenant is late. You are running a business renting the property. The tenant agreed to pay by a certain time. If they can't pay, then need to move out so you can rent to someone who can pay.
