I miss my period... I never took a test... I'm always hungry , I've been bleeding for 3-4 days now down there it looks like my period but it's not time for it and its to light , I feel sick in my stomach , I have a line from my belly button going down there... What's going on

If you missed your period... but you you are bleeding now... why do you think it can't be your period?

None of those other things indicate pregnancy... how late are you?

If you believe you might be pregnant, even though you have bleeding that would indicate an off period, try a pregnancy test when your period would have been 2 weeks late. Make sure to use first morning urine.
