I have a non painful, uncomfortable, but very full feeling in my lower abdominal/pelvic area. I was spotting for a day, then stopped, then spotted, and stopped again. I've been eating things I never ate before, my senses have been extremely sensitive to everything, my emotions are changing nonstop, nausea, and always feel like I'm going to puke. Could I be pregnant?

None of those are pregnancy symptoms...

Are you late for your period... if so how much?

If you are two weeks or more late take a HPT the first thing after you wake up.. the first time you pee.

If you aren't two or more weeks late... wait until you are.

Im a month late of my actual period. I've been urinating a lot more frequently, nausea, my uterus has been feeling "full", eating more, feeling like I'm going to puke, mood swings, and much more. I was thinking I should take a hpt in a week or so.

If you are a month late now... you can take a test as early as tomorrow morning if you buy it today, no need to wait even longer. And if you take it right after you wake up the first time you pee... you should get an accurate test result.

None of those other things are actually pregnancy symptoms... all can be atrributible to other things.

Its way too soon to be feeling anything... its far too small...

Its much smaller than a pea at this point if you are. Here is a link to an easy to understand chart as to how big at how many weeks.
