Depends, to some degree, on what jurisdiction (state or country) you are talking about. You do understand, if you are in the U.S. that each state has its own court rules; some have what they have circuit courts, others don't?

But, in general, this refers to the number of types of claims you have listed on your complaint. For example, breach of warranty, breach of contract, tort, etc.

I live in Florida. There is a will and a Testamenary trust That never was funded and that's what I am fighting for. The duties as the trustee of my trust and the PR. Neglected the trust I am Physical disabled and in the trust it mentions my disability and my health, safety, and welfare and they are trying to eliminate the trust from the will putting my health and safety at risk and creating a hardship for me I can go on and on so for causes I would put down like breach of a testamenary trust? Taking advantage of a person with a disability am I getting it right?

Yes.

Which county? Some of the clerks offices I'm familiar with in West Florida have such forms. It's for their record-keeping, and getting it exactly right is probably not that big of a deal.

Sorry, but you are asking me to violate the rules of this forum. I am not allowed to use this forum to get clients, and cannot give you my personal contact information.

But as I indicated before, I am not in your part of Florida. And I don't practice in state court.
