I have a question in regards to a friend. We both found out we are pregnant at the same time the only problem is that several pregnancy test she has teaken has cam back negative and some came back positve however shortly after finding out my friend started bleeding. She went to the ER and they told her the urine test came back negative but the beta blood test came back positive but very low reading 9 for 20 weeks I believe that's what was said. The doctor told her that because her cervix was closed there was no point in doing an ultra sound because she was having a miscarriage. But my friend still shows sign of pregnancy She loooks about the same as I do which is 21 weeks her breast have swollen and she has gained weight she hasn't gotten her period and she still taking pregnancy test which again some are coming back negative some positive. What is this that she is going through, and why won't any doctor give her an ultrasound?

Because she is going to the ER not a actual doctor, you don't go to ER for pregnancy test, that is the last place you go. You go to a OBGYN and ask them to do it. They will do any test you ask and pay for.
