On my thump on my right hand I have a skin colored bump. It looks like its rising from my thump. Ot has sort of a yellow skin color type color it hurts when I push down on it help!!

It could be a wart or something that would need medical treatment to get rid of.

If it is just by the edge of the nail it could be an infection, you can usually just lance the bump to release the pus and bath in salt water or disinfectant.

It could be a blister, a pimple, a wart... there is no way to know what it is without having someone look at it.
