Not sure of the year model but have a craftsman lawn tractor that has started to fluxuate in power. I think I am missing a linkage to the carb. But am unable to find a photo of the linkage to see if anything is missing.
When this first started I changed the spark plug, fuel filter and air filters. I took the carb off the engine and only recall removing two different linkage parts. Motor runs, but governor keeps slowing down the motor. Help

Please provide machine and engine model numbers. Machine number is under seat and begins with 917. Engine numbers are above the spark plug or on a tag pop rivetted to the blower housing above the cylinder and has three sets of numbers/letters that are designated Model, Type and Code.
