I am currently on a 500 calorie diet. I have a piece of fruit in a morning with a pint of water at 9. Then at 1 I have 140g of meat with 2 tomatoes lettuce only one thou sometimes prawns instead. Followed by 2 pints of water. Then at 5 oclockI have another 140g of meat with carrots are brocololi followed by 2 pints of water. Around 7 I have my final pint of water with a orange. This is my intake for the day . I am 5ft 4 inches and weigh 15stone. I was 16 stone 7 lbs but did manage to loss 21 lbs in the first 12 days then the last 6 days I haven't lost anything . Also I walk every evening 3 miles. Can you tell me were I'm going wrong thanks
