There are some bugs in my house but they are really small. They seem to be everywhere but there really small and I have seen them everywhere in my apartment. Their sometimes in my books or bookcase and sometimes in the mirrors or picture frames. I want to get rid of them but I don't think that would be easy especially since they are all over the place and are really small.

From your description of how widespread they are, my first guess would be psocids. Often called booklice, psocids can live almost anywhere, but their main food sources, fungi, require a high humidity. You might wish to consider a dehumidifier to dry up the apartment which will cause the fungi to die off and the bugs to leave.
