My almost 3 year old just started vommiting and has diarrhea her last loose stool was extremely red, bright red... she did drink red kool-aid today could that be the cause or should I bring her in?

It could be the case, but why take the chance? Children this young can get dehydrated very quickly. I would take her to get seen.
