First of all, we use plain English on this site, not text speak. If I read correctly, you are getting married and you believe you return to being a virgin after three months? Seriously, that can't happen. Some women don't bleed after having intercourse the first time. But, you need to be honest with the man you are marrying. What if your old boyfriend tells him?

No, you'll never be a virgin again, even if you abstain from sex for the rest of your life. Once your hymen is torn, it's torn, it doesn't grow back. You only get one chance to lose your virginity.
Not all women bleed the first time they have sex. But, we've had many questions like yours on this site, and judging by your very poor English, and the fact that you wrote that this marriage is arranged, and you haven't even talked to this man, I'm guessing you live in a country where sex education is non existent. That much is clear based on your post.
That means that the man you're marrying will expect you to bleed the first time. Like I said, not all virgins bleed the first time, but that's pretty much a moot point. The fact is, you won't bleed the first time, because you're not a virgin.
If your family arranged this marriage, you may want to talk to them about it so that this man has some idea who he's marrying. He'll likely break the engagement and find a virgin, since he doesn't have any reason (love) to marry you if you're not what he expects you to be (a virgin).
You won't be able to keep this a secret. Honesty is the best policy.

She was told by the man who violated her that she would return to being a virgin.
Sometimes we have to be patient and try even if it seems to be not their first language.
I had no problem understanding what she was getting at, and Alty figured it out, too.
