What I think you meant to say is you had a miscarriage... which is a far different thing than an abortion.

First... someone didn't abort you climbing the stairs... you had a miscarriage. There is a huge difference. A misscarriage just happens for a variety of reasons.. abortions are done on purpose.
Getting pregnant right way isn't GOOD for your health.

An abortion is a medical procedure done by doctors, removing the fetus from your body (meaning you chose to rid yourself of the baby growing inside of you).
A miscarriage happens spontaneously (against your choice).
From what you posted, you didn't have an abortion. Using the proper terms is important when asking questions.
Most doctors recommend that you wait at least 3 months before trying to get pregnant again after a miscarriage. Are you sure that you had a complete miscarriage, that everything passed?
Also, period changes after a miscarriage, or abortion, can happen.
You'll have to wait until a missed period, then test 2 weeks after using first morning urine, but I would talk to your doctor about this miscarriage, and how long you should wait before trying to get pregnant again.
Good luck.
