I am 38 and had partial hysterectomy in January 2010. Uterus only. No complications. Four months ago I started bleeding vaginal and just recently having cramps. I bleed after sex and after a strain to have a bowel movement the majority of time, although it happens at any time. No pap since before surgery and it was normal. I had endometriosis in 2000 and wonder if this can be an issue? Never heavy bleeding, some small clots and majority is bright red. What are some issues this could pertain to?
