pourroby

I recently picked an etching of "Pour Roby" at an antique store.
There is a certificate pasted on the back of the frame that reads:
POUR ROBY by Pablo Picasso
Very little need be said of the legendary Picasso. This original etching "Pour Robie" is a classic example of his genius. Signed and titled in the plate by Picasso, the signature, of course, appears in reverse in the pull. Applying a precious quality to the limitation of line, he has captured the character of a close friend.
Born in Spain, he has lived in France since 1900. Works of this incomparable artist stand in every museum in the world. Every collector covets his original Picasso.
AUTHENTICATION
Societe de Verification de la Nouvelle Gravure Internationale of New York and Paris certifies and warrants that this is an original etching by Pablo Picasso. The Societe de Verification de la Nouvelle Gravure has been created by the Collector's Guild Ltd. to set and uphold the highest standards for original lithographs and etchings.
The authentication is embossed. Above the certificate on the cardboard there is "P93" stamped in black ink. I was wondering if there was any way for me to tell if it was indeed an original etching printed during Roby's lifetime. (I know that Picasso gave the plate to Robert Godet to print so that he would have money and that there was only a limited amount that he printed, it is just difficult for me to determine if it's an original because there is no date.
The etching has full margins and is framed in a silver frame with maroon matting. I wish I could post a picture. Any help would be appreciated.
