So I have a 93 accord SE 2dr. I'm driving and all of a sudden the car just loses power. And will not start up now.. I never had an issue with the car. I never had a problem with it starting up or cutting off. It idled a little rough, but nothing to serious. I replaced the main relay and it still won't start. It turns over but it doesn't start.. I don't hear the fuel pump cutting on when I turn the key in the proper position. Thus the reason I changed the main relay.. Does the fuel pump just stop working just like that? I would think it would give a warning. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. I can not afford to pay a arm and a leg for a rip off mechanic to diagnose this. Thanks in advance.

If the Check Engine Light doesn't consistently come on for 2 seconds and then go out, when the ignition switch is turned to ON (Position II), then the ECM has likely failed.
