I'm 21 and my boyfriend just joined his work and I'm still at home. I'm a little possessive and very insecure as he is like this perfect handsome and smart guy girls love to hit on.

On the first day of their office bash itself there seemed to be some girls doing intimate dance with him. How did I get to know, he told me, but he said nothing much happened just in the dance little touching and stuff.

I don't know why it's put me into depression like anything. Every time I get a message from him all I can think about is him and some other girl dancing, and I'm very very insecure.

I have noticed that it may be more jealousy that he is getting out there having a life while you are left home to your worries and imagination. Is there any way you can get out more and see if it helps ease your mind?

There is legitimate insecurity and illegitimate insecurity. In this case, I would say is legitimate, I wouldn't want a girl I'm dating to be dancing intimately with some other guy. Just my opinion.

Get out and have your own fun and let him have his. Really easy as good clean adult fun makes you more secure in yourself because dancing is just dancing, not the intimacy you are afraid of. So I think its something you fear, and it shouldn't be.

Why didn't you go with him? How long have you been together?

What is 'at home?' Your parents or a place you share with him? You absolutely must get out if you are living together, whether it's a job or more school. Summer school, an art class, a sport group, a reading club, ANYTHING to keep you from petty jealousy. Be glad he told you about it, and let it go. Unless you would rather lose him. We all experience some amount of jealousy, but if we are smart we learn how to keep a lid on it.

Couples who last 10, 20, 60 years together are those who have rich separate lives as well as lives together. It makes getting together more interesting, and you have lots to talk about.
